Crunchy, chewy and chocolatey – Jessie Bakes Cakes’ Rocky Road Chocolate Bark is such an easy treat to whip up. Packed with delicious sweet chunks of mini marshmallows and crunchy digestive biscuits coated in chocolatey goodness! An Epic must-try!

What we’re using

Ingredients

  • • 300g milk chocolate, chopped
  • • 100g digestive biscuits, chopped
  • • 100g Epic Snax Mini Marshmallows
  • • Optional toppings: sprinkles, nuts, pretzels

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or in short bursts in the microwave.
  2. Stir in the crushed biscuits and marshmallows (reserve a handful for the topping).
  3. Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking tray and press out into a large rectangle.
  4. Scatter over the extra marshmallows and add any other toppings you like for decoration.
  5. Chill for 1 hour or until set, then break into pieces and enjoy!
